General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These T&C apply to all contracts between EuroBuild Bau GmbH ("Provider") and customers (consumers and businesses) for construction, installation and rental services.
2. Offers and contract formation
Our offers are non-binding. The contract is formed by written confirmation or by start of performance. Side agreements require written form.
3. Prices and payment
Prices stated in the order confirmation plus statutory VAT. For projects over €5,000, 30% deposit on order. Balance after acceptance. Payment terms: 14 days net.
4. Scope of services
Scope as per the quote/order confirmation. Additional services charged separately and require written customer approval before execution.
5. Deadlines
Delivery and execution dates are binding only if expressly agreed. In case of delay we are responsible for, the customer may request remedy.
6. Warranty
We grant 24 months warranty on labour from acceptance. Material warranties as per the manufacturer. Defects must be reported in writing without delay.
7. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body and health. For slight negligence only for breach of material contractual obligations, limited to typical foreseeable damage.
8. Data protection
Personal data processed solely for contract performance. See our privacy policy.
9. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding UN Sales Convention. Place of jurisdiction is the Provider's seat (Ludwigshafen), where legally permissible.
